Over 20 years experience including serving as a Plant Engineer, I &C Manager, and Maintenance Manager. Currently, the Plant Engineer of a large food processing plant. Previously, I was responsible for plant-wide and satellite operations including being a direct Manager for over 70 highly skilled employees, while maintaining compliance, training, and leadership development. I have very strong skills toward managing the complete business process due to effective relationship building capabilities and knowledge of facilities, utilities, engineering, and maintenance. My ability to meet goals, process improvement, substantial cost savings, and promote cross-functional standardization are proven competencies that are key for moving forward in any successful business.

My continuous growth in leadership, personal skills, organization, and problem resolution made me a leader. I have proven electronic and mechanical troubleshooting abilities to facilitate leadership understanding of core competencies, and facilitate valuable knowledge of business operations. I have been chosen to be a Customer Service Facilitator, a Communication Captain, a Behavioral Safety Team Leader, and a SSL (Situational Self Leadership) Facilitator of over 300 Corporate Engineering employees, and served as the President of the Abbott Toastmasters Club. Also Cross-divisional instrument and equipment standardization leader, Maintenance Best Practices for the Engineering Conference. Conducted GMP/GLP client audits. I received a President’s Award in 2004 for the support for the third party quality auditing process in 2003, based on the recommendation by the Director of Engineering.

I have a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness – MBA with Leadership Emphasis (GPA 3.95) and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch College of Business & Management (GPA 3.94).  AAS in Industrial Electronics, and an AAS in Industrial Instrumentation with a cumulative (GPA  3.8). I have a partial AAS in Supervisory Management (GPA 4.0). Six Sigma and SAP trained.
